Ok so after finding out about tilt shift I looked through my stock photos to try and find suitable pictures to try out the photoshop version of tilt shift.I found some from my media trip around Grand Central and also from a time I went to Wembley stadium. You can see the effect does work on them a little bit but they are no where near as effective as some of the examples I posted before. I defiantly want to actively go out and take some photos with the purpose of making them look good when miniaturized.
So I will have to come back to this when I have a chance, hopefully soon.
